Q: Which gold rate should I refer to and the differences?
A: Depending on the purity of your valuable items, the price per gram differs. For example, 24K gold jewelry has higher value than 18K gold jewelry due to its purity; therefore, the calculation of the total price would have substantial differences.
Confused? Just bring your valuables to our outlet! Our professional valuers are able to assess and differentiate the gold purity for you accordingly.
Q: Can I sell/valuate my valuables (gold, jewelry, luxury watches) even if it has been worn?
A: Absolutely yes! Please bring your valuable items down to our outlets of your convenience (here) so that our professional valuer will be able to validate and advise you on the item’s worth.
Q: Do you take in/buy pawn tickets?
A: Yes, we do. Please drop by our outlets of your convenience (here) along with your identification card and pawn ticket so that our staff can assess and advise you further.
Q: How much does this product on your website listing cost?
A: For jewelry, branded watches and other luxury items listed on our website, we ensure full transparency of the selling price for our customers; therefore, simply access to the product listing of your desired items to view the selling price immediately.
For gold items, please refer to our daily selling gold rate on our website as a reference guide. Due to the fluctuation of the market gold rate, the calculated rate might differ when you visit our outlet; therefore, we advise our valuable customers to visit our outlet to browse and select so that our staff could advise them on the final price.
Q: Why should I buy pre-owned valuables?
A: Our pre-owned items were carefully selected, authenticated and refurbished to its finest condition before putting them out for sale; you might be able to purchase a similar condition item at a lower cost as compared to a brand new piece.
Another reason in buying pre-owned valuables is the possibility in acquiring vintages pieces that are rarely available for manufacturing such as intan jewelry or antique gold items.
